Where is Cernum data hosted?
In the EU. All application and database infrastructure runs in an EU region.
What personal data does Cernum collect?
Account identity, authentication metadata, subscription status, and product-usage telemetry. No financial account credentials or brokerage data.
Is Cernum GDPR-compliant?
Yes: EU-hosted, DPA available (see /dpa), and full data-subject access and erasure support.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email support from your account address, or delete your account from Settings. Erasure completes within 30 days.
